Payment Terms & Options
On all Custom Orders a non-refundable down-payment of 50% of the agreed upon price is due at the beginning of the project, before any work commences.
The remaining balance is due once the project has been completed to the originally agreed upon specifications, and prior to shipment/delivery of the item. If final payment is made via check or money order, shipment will take place once it has cleared.
All of the above payment terms apply, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties in writing.
Payment may be made using a personal check, money order, or credit card (MasterCard, VISA, American Express accepted)
